One of Kingston's best entertainment venues will now sit on a street named after one of Kingston's most entertaining acts; the Tragically Hip. Kingston city councilors voted 7-6 on Tuesday night to create Tragically Hip Way with the renaming of a one-block section of Barrack Street outside the downtown K-Rock Centre arena. A wonderful tribute to a band that has done so much to distinguish the Canadian music scene. Congrats to all!

One of Kingston's best entertainment venues will now sit on a street named after one of Kingston's most entertaining acts; the Tragically Hip.
