An Evening with Jackson Browne

Friday April 8th, 2011 @ The K-Rock Centre (Doors open at 7:00pm)

This Rock and Roll Hall of Famer got his start in the 1970s and went on to write such classics as “Somebody's Baby”, “These Days” and “The Pretender.” Browne is very involved in protecting the environment, since 2008 his tours have been plastic-free onstage as well as backstage. Browne is a member of the Plastic Pollution Coalition, encouraging other touring bands to do the same in order to save harmful plastic products from going into landfills.

Here is your chance to see him live at the K-Rock Centre performing his latest acoustic tracks as well as the classics. The Grammy nominated musician just released Love Is Strange, a two disc live album that includes some of his best work!

New songs such as

“Off Of Wonderland”

“Going Down to Cuba”

“The Drums of War”
