An Evening with Jackson Browne

This Rock and Roll Hall of Famer got his start in the 1970s and went on to write such classics as “Somebody's Baby”, “These Days” and “The Pretender.” Browne is very involved in protecting the environment, since 2008 his tours have been plastic-free onstage as well as backstage. Browne is a member of the Plastic Pollution Coalition, encouraging other touring bands to do the same in order to save harmful plastic products from going into landfills.

Here is your chance to see him live at the K-Rock Centre performing his latest acoustic tracks as well as the classics. The Grammy nominated musician just released Love Is Strange, a two disc live album that includes some of his best work!

  • Kingston Unplugged Concert nearly doubles in size!

    The 4th Annual Kingston Unplugged Concert went off without a hitch over the weekend on Saturday. The concert corresponded with Earth Hour and encouraged the public to turn their lights off between 8:30 p.m. And 9:30 p.m. This global event is to acknowledge the impact we as a society have on climate change. The event packed a great sized crowd with over 1000 people in attendance, making this concert the best yet. It is reported the province achieved a four per cent drop in electrical consumption over an average Saturday in March.
